IMPORT TAX & DUTY FEES
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees required by their destination country.
These charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities or the shipping carrier and are separate from your Suspex order total.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We recommend adding shipping protection to your order for coverage in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or experiences an eligible shipping issue.
If shipping protection is not purchased, Suspex cannot provide refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
