Garment Repair & Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements within 30 days of delivery for garments with specific damages, such as broken loops, lost buttons, frayed hems, loose stitches, broken straps, and missing sewed-on rhinestone buttons. Please note, this policy does not cover garments with holes or missing glued-on rhinestones.

To request a replacement, email us at hello@shopsuspex.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for you to ship the item back. Once received, a replacement package will be sent with tracking information.

Damage Upon Delivery:
If your garment arrives with a hole, stain, or noticeably missing glued rhinestones, you may request a replacement within 4 days of delivery. For a replacement to be approved you must provide an image of the damaged product along side of the original packaging and order slip. Be sure to submit your request within this timeframe.
