SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All Suspex orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Suspex offers free standard shipping on eligible US orders over $100.

Current US shipping options are:

Standard Shipping $7 3 to 5 business days
Priority Shipping $16 2 to 3 business days
Express Shipping $45 1 business day

Shipping times are estimated carrier transit times and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays or other circumstances outside of Suspex's control may affect delivery times.

FESTIVAL & EVENT ORDERS

If you are ordering for a specific festival, event, or travel date, please account for both our 1 to 3 business day processing time and the estimated carrier transit time when selecting your shipping method.

Suspex cannot guarantee delivery by a specific festival, event, travel date, or other deadline based solely on an estimated shipping timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Suspex ships worldwide.

Available international shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided.

International delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local carriers, or other circumstances outside of Suspex's control.

IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES & FEES

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities, government agencies, or shipping carriers and are separate from the amount paid to Suspex.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for applicable import taxes, duties, and fees associated with their orders.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Customers may have the option to purchase shipping protection for coverage in the event that a package is lost, stolen, or experiences another eligible shipping issue.

If shipping protection is not purchased, Suspex does not provide refunds or replacements for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please refer to our Lost or Stolen Packages Policy for additional information regarding lost, stolen, or delivered packages.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Products identified as Pre-Order are subject to the estimated shipping timeframe disclosed for that product.

Pre-order shipping timelines may differ from the standard 1 to 3 business day processing period.

Customers will receive email communications regarding the expected shipping timeframe and relevant updates to their pre-order.

Please refer to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for information regarding cancellation of pre-orders before shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact Suspex as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may be subject to the policies and availability of the applicable shipping carrier.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details after their order has shipped.

Carrier tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Delivery scans and delivery status are determined by the applicable shipping carrier.
